Professional Contracting Services, LLC. got its start as early as 1990 by my father as Diaz Maintenance and Repairs over 25 years ago. At the start, it was one man, a truck and some tools. A father and his kids helping out when they could. It later went on to become a fully licensed, bonded, and insured contracting company known as With Pride Construction. As my Father retired I went on to get tested with the Nevada State Contractors Board and start Professional Contracting Services LLC. I hire subcontractors from different trades if needed depending on the size of a job and scope of work. We specialize in all phases of residential and commercial onsite contracting work. Residential and Commercial construction.

We coordinate with Building departments, building inspectors, Architects, Electricians, plumbers, roofers, mechanical contractors, flooring installers and fire prevention companies in projects we take on. Specializing in Residential remodels, Garage Conversions, Garage additions, Room Additions, Framing, Drywall, Tape/Texture, Painting, Commercial/ Church tenant improvement. If you have something not listed most likely we do that also. We are a B-2 General Contracting Company. We are licensed, bonded. We are fully insured with workers comp and a 2 million dollar liability insurance policy. Nevada contractor’s License #0085996, Bid limit 850,000. Local references are available upon request.
